Suggested pairings: Fizzy Malvasia is an aromatic and sparkling white that goes perfectly with white meats, fish dishes and slightly aged cheeses, such as Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano. This wine is excellent if tasted with the typical cured meats of the Piacenza area, such as coppa, pancetta, salami, and ham and first courses such as tortelli and stuffed ravioli.
