Suggested parings: Cabernet Sauvignon goes very well with meat main courses, especially game, spicy and aromatic. It is an ideal reserve if tasted with first courses with meat sauces or Milanese risotto, as well as roasts, braised meats, and grilled meats. Some different combinations are those with truffles and aged cheeses.
