Vinification technique: Pressed destemming followed by 8 days of maceration with daily replacements, malolactic fermentation in winter

Refinement: One year in barrique

Colour: Intense ruby red

Scent: Elegant, harmony between the plant’s characteristic notes of the vine and the aromas surrendered by the barrique

Taste: Slightly tannic, soft, good structure and persistance

Suggested parings: Cabernet Sauvignon goes very well with meat main courses, especially game, spicy and aromatic. It is an ideal reserve if tasted with first courses with meat sauces or Milanese risotto, as well as roasts, braised meats, and grilled meats. Some different combinations are those with truffles and aged cheeses.
